Returns are accepted for any product.
Important: You must provide an unboxing/parcel opening video if the product is damaged or incorrect. Without this video, we will not process a return or refund.
If the product is damaged or wrong, submit an unboxing video showing the issue.
Refund or replacement will only be considered after verifying the video.
Returns for products without damage or error are accepted.
In such cases, a 20% deduction will apply, and the refund will be 80% of the original product value.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and applied to the original payment method.
Refunds are only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and returned with the receipt/invoice.
